COVID ACKNOWLEDGEMENT | 2020/21

As a TDP family you acknowledge and agree to adhere to any COVID-19 related policies and protocols put in place by The Dance Pointe. These protocols may include: the use of facial coverings, limited class size, return to distance learning or a hybrid of such, temperature checks, disclosure of positive COVID-19 result of dancer or family member, specified drop off and pick up instructions, limited access to the building for parents, and by appointment only office hours. Clear protocols will be provided prior to the start of the 2020/21 season, but I acknowledge and agree to abide by what TDP deems necessary for the health and wellness of all families, dancers and staff.

DISTANCE LEARNING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT | 2020/21

As a TDP family you acknowledge that by registering your dancer for The Dance Pointe 2020/21 season, you will be prepared to pivot to a distance learning format via zoom if deemed necessary by The Dance Pointe, the state of CT/NY or the CDC. You will commit to continuing my dancer’s attendance via zoom. Families understand and agree that the tuition commitment will remain the same and understand TDP is unable to furnish refunds/credits in the case of distance learning. The Dance Pointe will offer the same schedule, levels and courses if a distanced approach is needed.

TUITION REFORM | 2020/21

TUITION AGREEMENT | 2020/21

By registering your dancer for the 2020/21 season, you agree to the payment of a non-refundable,  $35.00, per student, registration fee paid for at the time of registration. You also understand that full tuition will be due PRIOR to the start of the dance season. Tuitions not fulfilled may result in a loss of placement for the 2020/21 season. Families enrolled in four (4) or more classes may contact the office and request a payment plan. I understand that by committing to the 2020/21 season, The Dance Pointe is unable to furnish refunds/credits  in the event we need to return to distance learning. The Dance Pointe will provide full instruction via zoom if necessary. No refunds will be given.  

MINI MOVERS & STEP UP ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
(ages 3-5)
-Arrive and park on the playground side of building ONLY
-Put on your masks
-1 parent or chaperone per dancer ONLY
-Walk to door for a temperature check
-Escort your dancer to class on 2nd floor
-Drop off dancer and continue down the hallway to EXIT on the other side of the building
- Dancers will use hand sanitizer before and after class
-Pick up will be on the OPPOSITE side of the building
-Dancers will be escorted down by their teachers
-Please wait by your car until your dancer is on the steps, then come to pick up..IN YOUR MASK:)

ALL STYLES, LEVEL AND COMPANY DANCERS ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
(ages 6+)
-Arrive and park on the playground side of building ONLY
-Put on your masks
-Walk to door for a temperature check
-Once cleared of temperature check continue to 2nd floor
-Please walk directly to your class (you will be told the first day which studio you are in)
- Dancers will use hand sanitizer before and after class
-Change shoes once INSIDE your studio
-Dancers will be dismissed one at a time and will walk down the hallway to EXIT on the other side of the building
-Pick up will be on the OPPOSITE side of the building
-Dancers will be escorted down by their teachers
-Please wait by your car until your dancer is on the steps, we will send the dancers to you
*Dancers with more than one class will wait until their room has been cleaned then change studios or will be directed to our socially distanced "waiting room".
